Policy

All appointments require to have a card on file in order to keep that appointment incase of no call no shows.
No call no shows to your appointment will result in your card on file being charged 100% of your service fees due to inconveniencing the salon and the stylist.
Canceling less then 24 hours prior to your appointment will result in your card on file being charged 50% of the service fees.
If you arrive 15 minutes past your scheduled appointment time it will result in a no call no show and you be charged your full service scheduled.
There are no refunds but clients can contact us within 3 days after their appointment if for any reason they are not satisfied with their end result and we will work with them to make them happy and reach their hair goals.
